1. Air texturing – Core effect sewing thread
We texturize polyester from dtex 100 to dtex 2500 for sewing thread.
Our machines run with fine core effect sewing thread types. This process
is also very useful for sewing threads in higher counts and polypropylene.
We have experience with the following materials:
- Sewing thread
- Polypropylene
- Hybrid yarns
2. Winding
We wind the following types of bobbins for you:
- Cones with 230 mm and a tapering of 3 30 ‘
- Cones with 170 mm and a tapering of 3 30 ‘
- Cylindrical spools (e. g. dyeing
spools) length 230 mm, inside diameter 56
- King spools with a base
diameter of 56, 75, 84, 105 mm
- Jumbo king spools
- Cones (sewing thread format) length of 115 and 140
mm
- Flanged spools with a winding length of 135 mm and a diameter
of 75 mm
